Can clients book a specific stylist and service?
Yes. The booking flow can let people choose the service, the stylist, and a time that is actually free, so the diary stays tidy and you are not playing phone tag.
How does taking a deposit work?
A small deposit is taken by card when someone books, using secure card payments. It comes off their final bill on the day, so it costs the client nothing extra and it dramatically cuts no-shows. Payments are built into the Premium package and can be added to any package.
Can I add to the lookbook myself?
Yes. On the Growth package and above the site includes a simple editor, so you can add a fresh cut or colour from your phone whenever you finish one you are proud of.
