Isabelle trained at the Body Control Pilates Academy and has spent 12 years teaching in London and Bristol. Her sessions are meticulous, warm, and transformative.

Head of Strength

Marcus Reid

A former competitive powerlifter, Marcus brings a coaching philosophy built on patience and precision. He believes strong foundations matter more than fast results.

Yoga and Breathwork

Priya Sharma

Priya has studied under teachers in India, Portugal, and the UK. Her classes are unhurried and deeply considered — a rare thing in modern fitness.
